Business Change & Transformation Executive at Enbarr Enterprises Group to include Enbarr Foundation CIC / Enbarr Recruitment & Training (Management KTP Associate)
24 month fixed-term post, based at Enbarr Enterprisespremises in Queensferry (with travel to John Summers site in Shotton), but employed by Liverpool John Moores University.
Starting salary - £25,000-30,500 p.a. dependent on experience with £4,000 personal development and training budget, as well as management and leadership training provided as part of the KTP.
Enbarr’s mission is to build prosperous communities through social and economic development across North Wales and the Mersey Dee region, including some of the most deprived areas in Wales according to the Welsh Indices of Multiple Deprivation. Enbarr Foundation CIC designs and delivers collaborative projects to enable some of the most vulnerable in the region to participate in employment. The Foundation is a strategic initiative seeking ambitious growth in social and economic regeneration projects to tackle long-standing disadvantage in a way which future-proofs a longer-term supply and demand of local skills in the region.
This is a great opportunity for a graduate who wishes to develop their career in change management, management sciences and organisational development, to project manage a change management and transformative Management Knowledge Transfer Partnership (mKTP). The project will focus on achieving a step change in the company business model, in leadership and operations, and to enable sustainable growth and enhanced organisational resilience. The Associate will be responsible for implementation of these change management strategies with the support of leading university academics.

This project is a Management KTP (mKTP), a programme with a focus specifically on increasing effectiveness and improving results through better management practices via mutually beneficial, three-way collaborations between a graduate or post graduate (known as an Associate), a business and a university. This partnership received financial support from BEIS and the Welsh Government through the Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) programme managed by Innovate UK, part of UK Research and Innovation.
