As Associate Dean you will be responsible and accountable for the development of the Digital delivery and Learning and Teaching and Digital programme content activities. You will take responsibility for training staff to enhance the teams digital skills allowing for effective digital classroom delivery.
Key aspects of the role will be to lead the content creation for faculty programmes.
You will have the experience and people skills to lead, manage and develop the faculty to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all its activities
As line manager for the digital content creation team within the Learning and Teaching faculty, you will have the ability to demonstrate vision, and empower all within the team to deliver the agreed faculty strategy.

Accountable for meeting content creation and publishing deadlines with the content creation team.
Lead the best possible student experience through the digital delivery and blended programme requirements through effective blended development and training being fit for purpose.
Leadership and Line management of a department on a day to day basis including planning, content creation and training workloads
Responsible and accountable for setting and advancing the Learning and Teaching Engender a culture of excellence, co-operation and respect both within and beyond the department
Make effective use of all staffing resources and seek opportunities for collaboration beyond the department and potentially the Faculty
Bring your experience:
Successful record of strong leadership and management of staff development events within A HE Faculty.
Successful track record and experience of managing content creation teams in a HE setting in publishing materials.
Experience of improving and developing digital learning and teaching practice.
Successful track record of developing and sustaining a high-quality digital student experience.
Successful track record of improving and sustaining HE student outcomes.
Track record of programme development and validation from a Learning and Teaching perspective in HE.
Demonstrable success in building close relationships and partnerships with key internal and external parties, particularly with university partners.
Experience of effective people management including the management of diverse groups of professional staff.
