This is an exciting job opportunity where you’ll join the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Team as a Computer Science Tutor.  You will be teaching both medium classes and small seminars of international students studying on our Level 3 International Foundation Year. For this academic year we are employing a blended learning approach, meaning that you will be expected to deliver sessions both on campus and online via Zoom. You will also be required to interact with students via our VLE and therefore will need to be confident using technology. You’ll have the opportunity to work in an autonomous environment where student-centred, innovative lessons are encouraged.

EXPERIENCE

  • You will be a student-centred Tutor, with experience teaching relevant modules to a minimum of Level 3 to international students (Essential)
  • You’ll need a degree in a relevant subject area (Essential)
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant subject area is desirable
  • A teaching qualification is (Essential).
