Do you have a passion for providing student with a world-class experience? Would you thrive in a role that drives this within a centre full of international students? We are Study Group, the leading global pathway provider in International Education.
The University of Surrey International Study Centre is a fast-growing centre with a strong record of excellent student outcomes and outstanding staff satisfaction. We are at a crucial point in our development with exciting plans and huge potential for impact in this new role. If you have high academic standards, are motivated by student success, the creativity and passion to drive innovation, and want to work in a collaborative intercultural environment, you may be a good fit for our team.
This is an exciting job opportunity where you’ll join the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Team as a Computer Science Tutor. You will be teaching both medium classes and small seminars of international students studying on our Level 3 International Foundation Year. For this academic year we are employing a blended learning approach, meaning that you will be expected to deliver sessions both on campus and online via Zoom. You will also be required to interact with students via our VLE and therefore will need to be confident using technology. You’ll have the opportunity to work in an autonomous environment where student-centred, innovative lessons are encouraged.
We are a global pathway provider in International Education, working collaboratively with over 50 universities around the world, offering over 500 undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programmes. With a truly global outlook and offices all over the world, our international team uses its expertise, knowledge and commitment to create opportunities and add value. We are determined to grow and innovate in our field, providing our students and partners with high-quality outcomes across the higher education space.

Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the role, including checks with past employers, an Enhanced Check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and overseas criminal records if appropriate.
