We have an exciting opportunity to appoint an outstanding candidate with a high degree of professionalism to the Research Development Team, within Research and Innovation Services.
Working collaboratively across academic and professional service departments, you will help us to meet our goal of delivering high quality support to our research staff through enhanced personal and professional development opportunities.
You will work with the senior leadership team and key stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives and innovative projects relating to researcher development and research culture change, including a framework of opportunity for researchers personal and professional development, coaching and career progression.
A passion to support and drive forward equality, diversity and inclusion matters, and for continuous evolution and improvement of the University’s professional development programme for all staff for whom research is a key requirement of their role.
This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis.
