About the role
An exciting opportunity to lead the education and student experience agenda within the School of Sciences at Bath Spa University. With student experience at the heart of all that we do, the post-holder will lead the education and student experience agenda ambitiously on behalf of the University. Working with course leaders and colleagues across the school and University the post holder will enhance course performance across a number of institutional KPIs. S/he will also be expected to undertake teaching, research and scholarly activity in relevant areas and make an active contribution to the leadership and people management as well as marketing and communications, planning and resourcing activities.

The School of Sciences is a large and multidisciplinary school combining area of Social and Natural Sciences with speciality in Biology, Criminology, Geography and the Environment, Psychology, and Sociology. We collaborate with others to produce specialised and interdisciplinary evidence to implement, promote and inform solutions to create genuine impact. We equip students with the theoretical and applied knowledge, experience, and skills to develop critically engaged, ethically-minded, and effective graduates.
