About the Role
We now have an opportunity for an Electrical Design Engineer to join our Engineering team to provide electrical engineering design support to the technical systems of the Diamond facility.
The Engineering team plays a key role in the design, development and construction of the Accelerators and Beamlines that generate and transport light to the scientific samples.

Successful applicants will be considered at either Graduate or Design Engineer level, depending on the strength of your skills, experience and qualifications.
About You
Suitable candidates will have a degree in an Engineering Discipline with an electrical bias.
You will also demonstrate the following skills:
To be considered at the Design Engineer level you will be an experienced electrical engineer with experience of working within a QA system, and of design, manufacture, assembly, testing and commissioning of systems. You will also demonstrate understanding of control systems and electrical designs, with good working knowledge of AutoCAD system.
