ABOUT THE POST
The School of Computing and Digital Media at London Metropolitan University is currently recruiting for a Lecturer to undertake teaching on undergraduate and postgraduate courses within the Computer Science and Applied Computing subject area with an emphasis on developing a creative teaching environment to support the student learning experience.
You will contribute to teaching, assessment and associated administration in a wide range of disciplines within the subject area, preferably in Programming, Applications Development, Emerging Technologies and Data Analysis. You will be expected to prepare, deliver and assess course work, assignments, examinations and project work and provide tutorial guidance to students, working alongside the teaching team. You will be responsible for a number of modules, primarily at undergraduate level. You will assist in the development and deployment of retention strategies which enhance student experience, retention, progression and achievement on the relevant courses.
