The Adam Smith Business School, ranked as the top performing Business/Management School in Scotland in REF 2021, is seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer/Lecturer in Marketing (Research & Teaching Track). The Adam Smith Business School is triple accredited, research-informed and professionally-focused. The School has achieved the Athena SWAN Bronze award and actively encourages an inclusive culture, promoting gender equality and welcoming applications from underrepresented groups. This position is full time and open ended.
You will make a substantial and positive contribution to the strategic direction of the School/College within Marketing: Leading and contributing to research of international standard; securing research funding; providing high quality teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate level; and providing academic leadership and management within the School/College. Additionally, you will actively engage in relationships with external stakeholders that advance knowledge exchange, public understanding, and outreach.
We welcome applications from candidates with a Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework level 12 (PhD) in Marketing or an allayed area, or equivalent professional/teaching experience. Expertise in data analytics in marketing, with quantitative skills, are essential for this post.
