The Deputy Director of Operations leads on the development and implementation of strategic plans, policies and procedures and budgets to enable the College and University to deliver on strategic ambitions.

This is a busy, dynamic, and challenging post working at the heart of the College supporting the Director of Operations. The role holder is expected to provide broad leadership across Professional Services teams and themes, leading projects as appropriate. You will be able to work without direct supervision and exercise a high level of discretion and self-motivation, working simultaneously on multiple complex projects. You will act as a key member of the Director of Operations’ Senior Management Team and represent the Director of Operations as required.
