UHI Moray, a partner College of the University of the Highlands and Islands, is looking to appoint a Research Fellow(s) to lead a major project that will review and respond to the future skills and training needs of the North-East of Scotland as the area decarbonises and shifts towards Net Zero.
The Just Transition project will bring together global priorities with local need. To be successful you will need to be able to draw on your professional experience to understand the challenges and opportunities facing regional industry and propose education-led pathways forward that deliver tangible benefits to Moray.
Possessing a Masters-by-Research or Doctoral qualification, you will bring expertise in Green and Renewable Energy; Sustainable Economic Development and/or Industry-focused Tertiary Education Design. All other criteria are detailed on the attached Person Specification.
As a flexible employer, hybrid/remote working and flexible working hours will be considered.
All appointments are made subject to appropriate PVG Membership.
