An opportunity has arisen within the Fitness Team for a proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised individual to apply their technical and working knowledge of health and fitness to provide advice, training and assistance to staff and visitors to the facilities.
The post-holder will ensure the delivery of high-quality fitness activities and guest service, as well as the on-going development of the fitness operation. They will help improve the health and fitness of the Centre's guests, by leading and organising group and individual exercise programmes, as well as ensuring high delivery standards across the department.
You should have a confident communication style and be able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy, as they will have responsibility for providing clients with fitness and lifestyle advice. We are looking for someone with passion, drive and commitment to deliver an outstanding service to our guests. A Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification IS also required.
