Our IT Services department now has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with high level technical knowledge and enthusiasm for cloud, customer service and development experience.
This exciting role will join IT Services as a Solutions Architect of a multi-disciplinary IT Team. You will be key to the continued digital transformation and improvements to our end user technologies including all UEL managed devices and associated systems. Ensuring existing systems are operating securely, managing relevant system updates in line with changes in the current threat landscape, and designing and deploying new services in line with modern industry best practices.
This role will work within the Solutions Architect Team and in collaboration with Heads of Service, Projects and wider UEL stakeholders, they will define strategy and propose, design, and implement modern and innovative solutions. Solving complex problems with diverse requirements. You will have a methodical approach to all challenges with excellent communication skills.
