We are the UK's independent quality body for higher education with a mission to safeguard and improve the quality of UK higher education, wherever it is delivered in the world. QAA is the UK’s authority on quality and standards, acting as custodian on behalf of the sector of reference points including the UK Quality Code for Higher Education, Subject Benchmark Statements and the Frameworks for Higher Education Qualifications.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Membership Services Delivery Officer who will play a key role in the design and delivery of a creative and engaging membership communications programme.
The role is responsible for promoting all aspects of our member services, making imaginative use of a range of media. You will also analyse and report on engagement with member services to support the team in a culture of continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have experience of planning, developing and delivering creative communications programmes for a range of audiences, including academic staff and students. You will have experience of a membership organisation and awareness of the member journey and, ideally, knowledge of the higher education sector. You should be familiar with contemporary marketing and communications, including the effective use of social media and CRM systems.
You will have excellent communication skills including the ability to build strong working relationships across QAA and with our member institutions.
Your commitment to high quality customer service will enable you to engage our members to broaden reach and ensure they are able to benefit from their QAA Membership.
Highly organised, you will be able to work flexibly on a variety of projects, managing your work to ensure it meets project milestones and delivers high quality outputs focused on improving engagement and enhancing the member experience.
This is a fixed-term appointment for one year to provide cover for maternity leave.
