This part-time (0.5 FTE) post is available immediately on a fixed term two year contract with a possibility of further extension.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on the St Luke’s campus and some from home.

About the role
The role will provide administrative support to the PenCHORD research group. PenCHORD is a team of researchers that use data science and OR techniques to model healthcare services.
A primary focus of the role will be to support the HSMA programme, a training and mentoring scheme that builds analytical and modelling skills within health, social care and the police. The role will be responsible for keeping accurate records of current and previous HSMA cohorts, and support the HSMA leads, and the PenCHORD Research and Operations Manager, with development of a communications and marketing plan to collate and promote case studies and examples of impact from the programme.
About the team
This post is situated within the Project Support Team of PenARC. The team, which includes colleagues from the Universities of Exeter and Plymouth, provides operational, programme management and administrative support to the wider PenARC research group.
The post is funded by and will work within, the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) South West Peninsula, often referred to as PenARC (https://www.arc-swp.nihr.ac.uk/), in the University of Exeter’s College of Medicine and Health (http://medicine.exeter.ac.uk).
