This post is full time and is offered on an open-ended basis.
In this role, you will carry out research and scholarship in the areas of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (e.g. in Microelectronics, Power Engineering, Engineering Design, Digital Design, Embedded systems, Communications and other relevant fields). You will deliver an excellent student experience through teaching and assessment as well as contribute to management and administration. At Grade 7 to 9, you will demonstrate leadership and contribute to academic and strategic management of our collaborative teaching programmes with China.
For consideration at Reader level:
You will provide strategic leadership and operational management oversight of academic and any other activities associated with the University of Glasgow Partnership with UESTC (Chengdu and Hainan), promote coordination between colleagues in Glasgow and China, and develop research activity and external relations within China and East Asia.
