The role
The MRC Integrative epidemiology unit is seeking a talented genetic epidemiologist to contribute to the future development of methods for causal inference with genetic instrumental variables. This role will be specifically focused on developing methods that improve causal inference by integrating genetic instrumental variables with molecular annotations. This integration will improve the resolution in which complex modifiable exposures can be instrumented. As the role holder you will apply the methods developed to a range of epidemiological data to improve causal inference for complex traits and diseases.
