The University of Reading (UoR) and Royal Berkshire Foundation Trust (RBFT) have recently developed a shared clinical simulation teaching facility. We would like to build on this and create a suite of interprofessional education (IPE) training activities where both institutions work together to use the new teaching facility to enhance learning opportunities for students and health professionals.
This exciting opportunity is a part time role (0.5 FTE) for up to 12 months and the position holder will be responsible for managing a project that brings together trainers across both institutions to identify training need and develop IPE courses that meet the training needs of medical and non-medical healthcare professionals.
