We are recruiting a Senior User Support Analyst to support the operation of centrally provided IT, through the Information and Digital (IDG) Group; assisting with providing a broad range of IT support activity primarily within a Desk-side support function.
We require a highly motivated individual with good technical and customer service skills, capable of learning quickly and managing their own workload. The role will include responding to incoming requests, troubleshooting and resolving IT problems, installation and configuration of new equipment and software, providing advice and training, maintaining records and documentation.
This permanent role is looking for a Service Desk orientated individual whilst there will be a requirement to also work in the Deskside function.
