The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Group are recruiting for a ‘WBS Houlden Fellow’ post for the next academic year (2023/24). The position is fixed term for a period of 24 months.
The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Group is a world class entrepreneurship group at the heart of a world class business school. Current areas of research in the group include: The cognition and decision making of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial teams; Individual and team creativity; Characteristics of entrepreneurs; Healthcare leadership and management; Biology of entrepreneurship; Big data, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship; Public policy as it relates to entrepreneurship and innovation; Entrepreneurial finance; Health innovation; SME growth and performance.

The postholder will divide their time between three areas of activity: (1) progressing their own research agenda; (2) supporting current WBS research activity and (3) gaining valuable teaching experience. All Houlden Fellows will benefit from the mentoring of a Professorial colleague, to help them develop their academic careers, over the two-year period. Houlden Fellows have their own budget for research and travel.
