In this role, the postholder will further the strategic aims and ambitions of the College of Arts (CoA) by leading on the development and delivery of our digital content strategy to continue to engage with and reach our key external and internal audiences, aligning with the Universities key pillars of Research, Recruitment and Reputation and overarching strategy: World Changers Together.
The postholder will provide specialist advice, guidance and support for Schools, research institutes and other key stakeholders across the College of Arts to accurately represent their content on the website, maintaining its position as a Top 70 in the World for Arts & Humanities (QS World Subject Rankings).
It is a strategic aim of the College of Arts to promote the importance of Arts & Humanities in society, the economy and our culture. The postholder will develop, map and amplify content which supports the key messages around the importance of research in and study of Arts & Humanities subjects.
Furthermore, in collaboration with colleagues in External Relations Web Team, College Marketing and Research Support teams, ensure our content enhances the representation of the College core offering by improving the governance and structure of our website.
In addition, the post will involve the proactive engagement and support of users of the t4 content management system [CMS] within the College of Arts.
