This is an opportunity to support key aspects of the student journey covering exams, student outcomes, casework and the student record. You will have the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of core activities and processes in higher education.
Initially the role will focus on the planning and delivery of exams as we complete a project to manage changes in the University’s delivery of assessment. You will co-ordinate key activities to support the planning and delivery of exams. The role will develop to cover the broader student journey covering processing students’ results; student policies and casework; and managing students’ records during their time at University.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to use your strong organisational skills to support delivery of key student services and processes, focussing initially on the planning and organisation of our examinations. You will have excellent communication and IT skills, and will be confident to lead on areas of project work and to take responsibility for aspects of the running of our examinations. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer-service orientation with a commitment to supporting our students’ success.
