The Queen’s Foundation seeks an appropriately qualified and experienced person to be its next Director of the Centre for Discipleship and Theology. The Centre is one of five centres within the Queen’s Foundation and carries particular responsibility for supporting Distance Learning students, those engaged in Church of England Reader training from partner dioceses, and students who study (either face-to-face or by DL) without being sponsored directly by churches for ordination/ministerial training. We are particularly looking for someone who can link their educational experience with a creative approach to connecting with churches, groups of potential students, and individual learners in a variety of contexts through a varied range of training and educational opportunities (online and face-to-face). The person we are seeking would bring pedagogical experience and wisdom allied to knowledge and hands-on abilities in technological advances in learning.
