St Catherine’s College is seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to work as the Executive Officer in the Master’s Office, providing a high level of efficient and effective administrative support to the Master.
This is a challenging and exciting role, the main focus of which is to provide outstanding administrative support to the head of the College. You will be working in a largely independent and self-managed capacity. Key responsibilities will include being the primary point of contact with the Master’s Office and the rest of the College; acting as a first point of contact with the College for existing, and potential, constituents; managing a demanding workload within tight deadlines; managing Master’s Office events and assessing and prioritising the urgency of requests for information from, or access to, the Master.
To succeed you will need to be highly organised and proactive, with an eye for detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to exercise exemplary judgement and diplomacy. You must possess a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The salary is within the range £28,762 - £36,386 per annum, dependent upon skills and experience. In addition, benefits include 30 days annual leave, free meals whilst on duty, free use of the College gym, and season ticket loan scheme for travel.
