In the role of HR Information & Systems Analyst, you’ll predominantly be based at the Huddersfield Centre and your focus will be on overseeing the College’s HR systems and processes, ensuring data integrity and providing timely and accurate data to the College’s HR and Senior Management teams.

Your key responsibilities will be being the first point of contact for all systems related queries; identify gaps in data and process and liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure these are filled; completing periodical organisational and statutory returns related to HR data.

Ideally, you’ll have a Level 2 in Maths and English, A level in Business Administration or equivalent (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable systems experience in a large organisation. It’s important that you’re able to work autonomously; to engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of people; to exercise discretion and confidentiality and demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.

Hours/weeks: 37 hours / 52 weeks
