The School of The Built Environment and Architecture (BEA) offers some of London’s best courses in areas such as architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying and building surveying. All of our courses are closely linked with industry and accredited by the relevant professional institutions to the highest possible level.

About you
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with experience of coaching or mentoring. Industry experience would be an advantage as would holding a relevant construction related qualification but is not essential and training will be provided. They will be comfortable working independently and will have excellent organisational and time management skills.

Exciting work you will do

  • Provide coaching and support to apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to complete their apprenticeships,
  • Liaise with employers to ensure the apprentice’s learning needs are met in the workplace, and
  • Carry out progress review meetings with each apprentice and their employer.

  • Permanent contract.
  • 35 hours per week – request for part-time hours will also be considered.
  • Grade 6 / £33,478 - £39,024 per annum, inclusive of £4,716 London Weighting
  • Hybrid working model: on campus and working from home.
