The Opportunity:

Our School has grown significantly over the last 2 years, and our journey continues. Our academic team has a diverse range of experiences from working in academia, as practitioners and working in industry. Our focus is on developing students in both discipline knowledge and applied skills to make them employer ready when they graduate from us.
As Senior Lecturer, you will contribute to the development of postgraduate and undergraduate programmes, ensuring high levels of student outcomes. This includes associated operational administration, curriculum development and quality management and enhancement. Senior Lecturers work with the Dean, Heads of School, Deputy Head of School, and Lecturers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of programmes.
About You:
You will have an existing track record of creating, developing and enhancing undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, and you will be recognised by the BPS as having Graduate Basis for Chartership. You will be experienced in current and effective teaching, learning and assessment practices in Higher Education, and be able to bring your knowledge and understanding to Arden to grow our programmes and provide excellent student outcomes. We are looking for someone with line management experience both within programme teams and on an individual basis.
