We’re looking for a forward-thinking, innovative, self-motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our award-winning team as User Experience (UX) Officer. You’ll be the lead for a specific project to improve the end-to-end user experience centred around our Course Finder tool, at courses.hud.ac.uk. You’ll plan and deliver the overall project, leading on UX research and design to improve the user experience across all markets’ user journeys, consulting with internal stakeholders to effect positive change through user-centred design.
You will supervise the day-to-day work of three Digital Content Assistants assigned to support the project. The whole project team will be line managed by the Digital Content Manager.
The Digital Content Team is a newly formed team within the Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment Department, with a remit to ensure the University web estate has good quality, optimised, accessible content focused on the user experience.
For an informal discussion please contact Sarah Sinfield, Digital Content Manager, on 01484 256669 or s.sinfield@hud.ac.uk
We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
