About the role
We are delighted to announce our search to appoint our newest member of our Senior Leadership Team. The Director of Academic Excellence will lead the FRA’s educational delivery and play a key institutional role in working across the organisation to deliver our strategic growth plan.
We are seeking an Academic leader to turbocharge the quality of our provision and deliver significant innovation in our curriculum across the following areas:
Demonstrate strong characteristics of change management, strategic vision and implementation in a Fashion and Retail environment in an educational context.
You have a proven record of success in leading effective departments over several years achieving a high standard of student satisfaction with demonstrable experience in improving academic outcomes.
Possess exceptional academic and leadership background that demonstrates development and growth, as well as a well-regarded positive reputation in the Higher Education sector.
You have a thorough understanding of the financial challenges facing an institution like the FRA and what type of offer is appropriate given its market position and business environment.
You have led the successful implementation of a thriving ED&I programme
