As one of four schools in the faculty, it is in the School of Marketing and Management we have a vacancy for a Curriculum Lead in Marketing. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who will be part of leading an innovative and committed team delivering on undergraduate and postgraduate courses as well as playing an active role in enhancing the research/scholarly culture and deepening our engagement with professional practice.  There will also be opportunities to be involved with the development and leadership of our successful and increasing portfolio of executive education programmes including CPD and apprenticeships.

This includes opportunities for established independent researchers to apply to join a research centre as Associate Member and access a whole range of support or as an early career academics to apply to our ASPiRE programme (Academic Support Programme in Research Excellence).

Person Specification: 

The successful candidate should have:

  • PhD or equivalent professional experience, in Marketing related subject.
  • Significant teaching experience at higher education level with evidence of successful delivery of student learning outcomes.
  • A record of achievement in Marketing curricula management.
  • Experience of working on research/scholarly projects or contracts, supported by evidence of contribution to appropriate output.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

CIM membership will be desirable in this position.
