The University of Plymouth Podiatry Team is seeking an enthusiastic educator to deliver high quality teaching across the full-time BSc (Hons) Podiatry degree, and the BSc (Hons) and MSc (pre-registration) Podiatry degree apprenticeships. This includes contributing to the design and preparation of teaching materials, course planning, delivery and assessment whilst supporting students on placement. There is also opportunity to become part of our vibrant and successful research community. The successful applicant will have a higher degree in a relevant subject; alternatively suitably qualified candidates will be encouraged to register for an appropriate higher degree as part of their personal development plan.
This is a part-time position working 22.2 hours per week (0.6 FTE) on an three year fixed term contract basis due to absence cover.
This role will require an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check plus an Adults’ Barred List check.
If you are interested in developing a career into academia, please contact Dr Sally Abey on sabey@plymouth.ac.uk for an informal discussion.

Please demonstrate how you meet the essential criteria outlined in the knowledge, qualifications, training and experience elements of the job description in your supporting statement.
