We are seeking to appoint a full-time Lecturer in Music Production to join Keele’s School of Humanities to contribute to the BA Music Production and Sound Design which we launched in 2022.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality practical and theoretical teaching in a studio-based environment and will develop a network of contacts in creative industry to give students experience of work-based learning and placements. They will support students’ creativity, innovation, and employability at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Keele operates with two academic job families: ‘Education and Research’ and ‘Education and Scholarship’. This post is in the latter family. The successful candidate will also undertake scholarship that informs and enhances their educational work: this could include creative practice in music production, publication of academic work, or design and leadership of pedagogic projects.
