The key objective of the post is to manage the CHORAL programme. This will include management of day-to-day operations and providing support for the Director, Deputy Director and Director of Training in the delivery of the programme objectives. Working with both the University of Leeds and Leeds Teaching Hospitals’ finance teams, the post holder will be responsible for monitoring and reporting of the programme’s finances, liaising with CHORAL partners, including Public and Patient Involvement and Engagement partners, and funders. They will co-ordinate the Executive Group, the Steering Group, and the External Strategic Advisory Group.
The post holder will work with NHS staff at all levels, with academics at the University of Leeds, and with key staff in other partner organisations. The work will include both strategic and operational planning for the delivery of key CHORAL programme objectives, and the development of relationships with the collaborative partners. They will provide support and advice to the CHORAL leadership team, and to other members of the programme.
The Child Health Outcomes Research at Leeds (CHORAL) programme is an exciting new platform to support and develop child health research across Leeds.
