An exciting part-time opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrative Assistant to join the Library. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing a comprehensive day to day administrative and clerical support for HR issues, supporting the Departmental Administrator / PA to Librarian to facilitate an effective HR service to members of staff within the HR and Library Department.
The successful post holder is ideally required to work Monday-to Friday (in total 18.25 hours per week) but this can be discussed in the interview.
The role requires the post holder to also be closely involved with other HR processes and projects such as staff surveys, Payroll related tasks and activities, as well as undertaking a basic HR advisory role around procedures and processes.
To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate previous experience of working within an office/administrative role, preferably in HR, and be a confident communicator and team player.
