We have an exciting opportunity available in the Student Administration Service (SAS) for an Office Manager and Personal & Projects Assistant.
This post will be responsible for leading on all aspects of office administration and providing personal and project assistance to the Head of Section. You will have substantial experience of office administration and line management of staff. You will need to have experience of providing personal assistance to a senior manager. You will have excellent communication skills and excel at working with others.
Reporting to the Head of Section, you will be responsible for HR, staff recruitment and finance processes and for the implementation of sound and efficient office administration practices. You will also provide general support to the Head of Section, and support other Managers and their teams as deemed appropriate. You will be responsible for the line management of the Office Administration Support Assistant. You will provide cross-cutting administrative support across Student Support Services as part of a wider team of Office Managers/Coordinators on an as required basis.
