Are you a performance netball coach, with a passion for developing talented players and coaching premiership/regional league level teams?
University of Exeter Sport in partnership with Exeter Netball Club are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join their team as Head of Netball. The University have invested significantly into their performance programmes and are looking for a dynamic and forward thinking coach to join their team.
This full-time post is available from 1 August 2023 on a permanent basis.
Summary of the role
Key responsibilities include leading on the planning and delivery of the university netball performance programme, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team and coaching teams at BUCS premier and England Netball premier or regional league level.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver against the strategy for Sport and Physical Activity. In addition to coaching and developing teams and individual players, you will lead on the recruitment of talented players to the university and support individuals with their commitments at Superleague and international level, liaising with external coaching staff and key personnel as required. You will possess a minimum of UKCC Level 2 (or equivalent coaching qualification) and have the ability to achieve UKCC Level 3 within 18 months.
