About the role
We are looking for an Associate Professor in Finance and Accounting. We are especially interested in someone with a research focus on risk management and/or insurance. The postholder will also support the continued development of our postgraduate degree programmes especially the MSc in Global Healthcare Management with a route in Finance as well as collaborate with the GBSH academic team. The post holder will work across UCL to ensure that they are able to develop their research.
About you
You will be required to hold a PhD in finance, accounting, or a related field. You will be publishing in leading journals in your field and have a track record of securing grants. You will join our team of interdisciplinary academics driving forward solutions in health and healthcare. You will have experience of teaching at the postgraduate level, including supervision. You will be a natural communicator and a passionate team player with the willingness to contribute to the education, research and student experience profile of GBSH. We are particularly interested in someone with a risk management and insurance focus as well as general finance and accounting. The postholder will contribute to our evolving research agenda within the Global Business School for Health.
