The Post

Description of Duties

  • Leading and supporting the development of skills training content and resources for e-learning, working independently and as part of a team
  • Building technical training programmes (face to face and/or online) for industry customers
  • Supporting knowledge exchange activities, and planning and managing own workload, with guidance from colleagues as required
  • Working closely with e-learning platform and tool providers and working with the team to develop SAICs own e-learning platform systems

Essential Criteria

  • Experience of supporting the development of practical, industry-facing knowledge and training (face to face and/or online)
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn to navigate digital tools, including e-learning platforms for content creation
  • Experience of collaborative working both in-person and remotely, and an ability to work constructively within a team environment
  • Track record of successful collaborative project working
