People Futures Ltd is a dedicated subsidiary within the Coventry University Groupand is looking to appoint a Teaching Fellow Occupational Health.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and ambitious occupational therapists who have a range of experience of working across diverse settings. At Coventry University our teaching roles give you the opportunity to develop your academic career whether you are seeking to enter Higher Education for the first time or are an experienced academic.

We will support you to use your knowledge and experience to grow the future workforce of occupational therapy; to work alongside our large team bringing together creative and innovative approaches in learning and teaching within our occupational therapy and AHP courses. You will provide academic and pastoral support to our learners across BSc, MSc and apprenticeship courses. Depending on your experience and prior level of study, there will be the opportunity to contribute to pre-registration and post registration education and new course innovations.

We have a strong collaborative culture within the team, and you will need to demonstrate the core values of inclusion and belonging for all and in return we will support all to excel in their careers within occupational therapy and higher education.  Our team are proud of their close partnership working across the Midlands, London, Southeast and Eastern regions with a shared workforce within clinical practice and education. For the Teaching fellow post, applicants should demonstrate a wide range of clinical experience, with evidence of engaging in the education pillar through supporting learners and delivering education sessions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain learning and teaching experience in an academic career. The role will include the delivery of modules, academic assessment, and learner support in practice and university settings. You will work alongside our experienced course teams for the BSc/MSc apprenticeship route, supporting curriculum transformation and enhancement.

The salary is dependent upon the skills and qualifications of the individual. Job descriptions will be available upon request from the Human Resources Department when applying for the post.

The University offers academic and professional development and provides a Post Graduate Certificate Teaching Qualification for those who do not hold a recognised teaching qualification.
