The School of Humanities, Social Sciences & Law is a modern and integrated school that brings together a range of disciplines from across the social sciences, humanities and related professional programmes. The School comprises five Divisions: Dundee Law School; Education & Society; Energy, Environment & Society; Humanities; and Psychology.
Our mission is to build a high-quality and inspirational environment for education, research and social impact that will be known for its innovative approaches to the human and cultural sciences, and for addressing the major challenges faced by society in their local, national and global contexts. The School is one of the largest of the eight Schools in the University, comprising approximately 300 academic and professional services staff. It delivers education provision to approximately 5500 students which is 30% of the overall student population.
The role of the Modern Apprentice is to act as point of contact for visitors to the school and to offer advice and guidance as required.
