We are looking for our next Vice Chancellor and CEO to shape and deliver our vision and strategy.
Our new Vice Chancellor will have the courage and empathy to enable the University and its people to thrive at a personal and collective level. They must be a listener, able to build trust by drawing on people’s strengths. They will be visible and willing to share leadership with others, including with students.
They will be driven by a clear and shared sense of purpose and strategic priorities and able to hold others to account. They will build an organisational culture defined by personal responsibility, equity and inclusion. They will be an innovative and entrepreneurial thinker in their approach to leading the University through the difficult decisions ahead.
