About the Role

Applications are invited for the role of Programmes Administrator to work in a busy student-centred environment within the School of Business and Management performing a selection of tasks associated with the delivery of teaching at postgraduate levels.

To succeed in this role you will need to:

  • Deliver programme and module administration alongside process improvements,
  • Manage and coordinate the student administration systems and processes to enhance the student-academic cycle of activities,
  • Coordinate tasks in the areas of teaching timetables, seminar allocations, student attendance, and student support, serving as a champion for students’ academic needs and interests,
  • Work as an effective team player.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is full time (35 hours per week) for a 12-month contract (maternity cover), with an expected start date of May 2023. The starting salary will be Grade 4, in the range of £37,348 - £43,592 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
