This post is an opportunity for a candidate with a developing track record of research and teaching in any aspect of the discipline of sociology to join our department at the Institute of Social and Political Sciences.
The successful candidate will strengthen the international profile of the institute and play a major role in undergraduate teaching, while contributing to our MA Sociology program with specialisation in Global Social Studies. They will develop the department’s research profile through the production of high-quality peer-reviewed publications, attracting external research funding, recruiting and supervising postgraduate students, and enriching, broadening and strengthening the academic networks of the Institute.
