Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 6 months in the first instance.
Applications are invited for a Research Assistant role in the Centre for Misfolding Diseases to assist in studies related to image processing using machine learning of alpha-synuclein aggregates in Parkinson's brain.
The successful candidate will have a BSc or MSc degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related disciplines. They will be highly motivated and able to work independently. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are required to ensure success in liaising with a large and diverse team. Experience with biophysical assays and protein production is necessary.
