The Department of Accounting and Finance is one of the UK’s major centres of research in both fields, with leading expertise in financial reporting; environmental accounting; corporate finance; portfolio performance; fintech, and international investments. The Department provides an extensive range of Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Research degrees and delivers outstanding student experience. The Department is highly ranked in the UK, currently 2nd in the Times Good University Guide. Our UG Accounting Course is ICAS, ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA, and AIA accredited and our suite of PGT programmes are CFA affiliated. The department is also an Academic Partner of the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
