Do you have excellent customer service skills? Would you enjoy working with young people in a learning environment?
We are looking for positive, pro-active team members to provide support to our students through the work of the College’s Learning Resource Centres at our Harrow-on-the-Hill and Harrow Weald Campuses.
You will play a key part in ensuring the Learning Resource Centre is a suitable learning environment at all times. You will handle enquiries from students and staff on busy service desks and by email and telephone, including technical enquiries, and assist students on using e-resources, databases and print resources. You will also deliver study skills and digital literacy sessions to students.
Together with excellent communication and inter-personal skills, you should have good working knowledge of IT and have excellent customer service skills. You will have the confidence to address young people aged 16-19 and manage behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment. You must be able to start work at 8.30am and finish at 7.00pm when required.
