The University of Warwick is seeking Senior and Lead Developers to join the Warwick Employment Group (WEG). The role is perfect for developers with a track record in web-based applications and services who are interested in being part of something new. These roles are an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive software development experience and a strong standards-driven approach to contribute to the delivery of new systems using technologies including Angular, C#, SQL Server and AWS.

Job Purpose:
To bring extensive software development knowledge to a team of developers of varying degrees of experience and lead the development of WEG’s portfolio of applications whilst working with the Project Management Office to deliver functionality for our new recruitment applications.
This role will set and maintain coding standards and lead by example whilst mentoring and coaching less experienced team members. It will also have significant input on new technology selection where opportunities to do so arise.
