An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Innovation Funding Team Administrator to join the Innovation Funding Team supporting a wide range of project activities working with businesses, consultants, funders and investors.
You will work closely with the whole team and Manager to ensure the smooth delivery and monitoring of current and future programmes which are designed and delivered by the team. Key duties include managing and organising events, maintaining an overview of project outputs and taking day to day responsibility for monitoring and maintaining the projects finances. You will assist in the collation, analysis and reporting of data, recommend strategies for effective communication and act as a first point of contact for all queries.
You should have a good standard of education or experience in a directly relevant role. Experience of preparing and writing committee papers, taking minutes and organising meetings are essential as is administering budgets and excellent communication skills.
This full-time post is available on an indefinite basis. The team work in a hybrid pattern of 1 or 2 days per week in the office plus 3 or 4 days working from home (office desks are available for team members to book outside of pre-set office days).
