The Role
The School of History, Classics and Archaeology is seeking a creative, pro-active and resourceful administrator to join our professional services team in the Armstrong Building. Your core duties are to provide administrative support for undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment and publicity.
Your duties will involve the organisation of events such as Open and Offer Holder Experience days. You will support the Schools' marketing and publicity including by maintaining the internal and external website, social media presence and recruitment materials.
We are looking for someone who can manage their time well, is creative and proactive. Although direct experience of marketing is not required you will need to be an excellent communicator who is confident using web and social media as well as designing other material.

This is a part time position of 0.8FTE, however the School is very happy to consider applications for those interested in job share or lower FTE requests.
