This full time post is available immediately on a 2 year fixed term basis. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
Summary of the role
The Faculty wishes to recruit a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to support the work of Professor Tim Dodwell. This Innovate UK funded post is available immediately for a 2 year period.
About you
The successful applicant will be able to present information on research progress and outcomes, communicate complex information, orally, in writing and electronically and prepare proposals and applications to external bodies.
Applicants will possess a relevant PhD or equivalent qualification/experience in Bayesian statistics with application to Material Science. They will be able to demonstrate sufficient knowledge in the discipline and of research methods and techniques to work within established research programmes.
