The University of Westminster is seeking to appoint an experience OD Advisor to join their growing Organisational Development team within the People, Culture and Wellbeing department.
This is an exciting opportunity to join, grow and develop in a high-impact, specialist team – committed to supporting the development and growth of all colleagues across the University, and building a positive and sustainable workplace culture.
The postholder will be part of a well-respected and highly motivated team focused on improving and developing opportunities for learning, development, and growth for all colleagues. They will play a key role in leading and shaping key areas of the OD portfolio including leadership and management, coaching and mentoring, and talent progression through training delivery and advisory services, creating tailored learning solutions leading to organisational performance improvements and cultural change.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstratable experience in leading leadership and management programmes and coaching and mentoring within an institution, supporting talent growth, career progression and cultural change. The ideal candidate will be a skilled OD/HR practitioner who is self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment; has strong people skills and able to communicate and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
The role is ideal for anyone seeking to learn and grow within the field of learning and development and organisational development and looking to expand their expertise and practice, particularly in leadership and management, coaching, and talent management.
This is a hybrid working role, based in one of our many vibrant central London campuses.
